Manual restraint for radiopgrahs due to right wing droop. It appears that the proximal head of the right radius is fractured and displaced dorsally. There is moderate soft tissue swelling surrounding the elbow. Because this fracture is affecting the elbow joint, prognosis for return to full function is guarded. Gave 60 ml SC LRS and started on a short course of meloxicam.

Intake exam. Suspected power line collision. HR 110 bpm. Mild dehydration. On flexion/extension of the left MC-digital joint, there is mild intermittent crepitation. No swelling or bruising are apparent. Dark green vomitus is noted on the tongue and inner aspect of the beak. Blood glucose on entry is 178 mg/dL.
